As you approach Polemi from the B7, you pass the Kamanterena Winery on your right. Just beyond that, if you are paying attention, you will see a lookout tower that wouldn't look out of place on a WW2 movie. A couple of ancient armoured vehicles might also perk your interest, so pull over, and take a look at Polemi Concentration Camp.

Re: Polemi Concentration Camp
We stopped to look in August 2015. The gates were locked then but the vehicles were outside the gates. I took a few pictures. We’ve been passed since but they were working on it so hopefully later in the year we’ll go back again and go in.
Re: Polemi Concentration Camp
It never was a concentration camp in the sense that the Nazi ones were. More a detention centre back in the times of the ‘troubles’. But it makes good anti Brit propaganda!

No there wasn't a Gas chamber there, but people were held without trail, and many were tortured there, or as you prefer to call it, robust questioning.
Nothing to do with anti Brit propaganda, Britain was one of the first countries to use concentration camps

Thanks for dealing with an emotive subject so sensitively, Dominic.
