I live in hope that this is the first if a long line of prosecutions fir animal cruelty. It's been ignored far far too long.

Smudge you will not have far to look, just over the road a young dog is chained to a fence (the fence can be seen in the webcam) at all times of the day and night, just down from this is another very young pup kept outside again at all times, rain or hot sun! no use reporting this as he is a (edited by poster)
