Wow, better than any spillway of any dam in Cyprus. Thank you Dominic. Now it is more easy to understand this funny looking rock formations formed in thousand of years from similar or in the past even bigger waterfalls when Cyprus had much more rainfall than now. My pic from a visit a couple of years ago. I wonder if you did also some photos while there?
thanks for your film brought back many happy days spent around the area will be back on 27 so hope water still flowing strongly this has to be one of the best places to spend half a day a relaxing picnic mooching around, sat on the wall surrounding church seeing and hearing the goats as they climb up the valley, we meet a Cypriot couple their who tidying inside and out side church they had flower and garden shop in nata not sure of their connection to church as they were just packing up to go home but did invite us to call and see them when in nata ,when some times you wonder why you purchased a property with all its issues as you get older this is one of the pluses the kindness of people we have meet over the years both greek and tukish Cypriots and ex pats, looking forward to meeting my friends in peyia kaffenions and some good Cypriot food and wine
I ended up going to see it twice this weekend. On Saturday on part of my afternoon out that also included Kefalos bridge and loukoumades on Asprokremos) and then on Sunday my sister and her kids wanted to see it so I took them up. Saturday I had to it myself, Sunday there were a few other people and cars there. I also walked down the flooded picnic area in the village which was interesting too.
