On a Clear Day...

Yesterday was the day after the storm, so we had some clearing up to do followed by a visit to Chrysochou Green Point. We couldn't help noticing how clear the skies were after the bad weather, so decided to take a few pictures on the way back...

Not a huge amount of rain over Polemi, but lots of thunder and lightning. According to the weather matrix there should be a storm all day, but it is calm at the moment.

Nice photos, due not only to the clear weather conditions but also to your new camera equipment...really razor-sharp pics where one can see the difference between a bridge camera and a proper DSLR...

Not a huge amount of rain over Polemi, but lots of thunder and lightning. According to the weather matrix there should be a storm all day, but it is calm at the moment.

Well, you might not have got too much in Alikati, Dominic, but just beyond the tulip fields, we in the valley got a good drenching - I have to drop the pool level again. And as for thunder, well, it rattled the windows it was so close. I was expecting the power to go off any moment, but EAC have obviously beefed up the infrastructure somewhat.
