Yes, there is a difference! Cooking chorizo is softer & must be cooked before eating whereas the firmer cured chorizo can be eaten without cooking.
Maybe Kolios on the Polis Road might offer it!

Alpha Mega may stock it as they do have a fairly decent selection of deli items, prefaced and cut to size etc.

The deli counter in Garden of Eden has it occasionally, although usually only a small piece (no, I don't know what happens to the rest, either)
