where can i buy milk powder, not baby milk powder.

I remember seeing a few years ago "Marvel" for sale in Paps on Chloroka

It took me back to the 1970's again !!

Not entirely sure but I may have seen some in the confectionary area, or the area where they sell tinned milk, at Alpha Mega.
