I don't think it's discrimination. A new piece of land had to be bought and paid for.

Saw a documentary about how the Parsi community in India , deal with their dead,..... too gruesome to post. cheap as chips, and a free meal for Vultures

True, have been past the place where they do this in Mumbai, saw the vultures, a cloud of them, wheeling in the air above the open air area where the dead are laid out. It is on elevated ground outside the city, but didn’t feel inclined to go any closer to view the site.
