Rambling on the Akamas

In the past we have blogged about the lovely spring flowers on the Akamas, and the lush, green valleys. We thought we would go for a wander in early autumn, to see how the countryside compares...

Lovely photos Dominic and what a contrast to Spring. I was talking to my barber in Geroskipou about my walk around Anglesey and how I had seen a snake,(an adder). He was saying that whenever her goes out walking, he carries a long stick and sweeps the path in front of him just in case.
