Hi Mark, do you live in Aphrodite Hills? If yes would be interested in the Pro's and Con's from your perspective. I'll be looking for a new home in a couple of months and so far that's looking more like the Polis Area however I've always liked the look of Aphrodite Hills but the Community Charges have turned me off a little. Do you get value for those charges in your opinion?

Community charges a rip off, plus water charges to high, you need to look at both prior to buying in this area. Aphrodite Hills subsidises Kouklia.

Very few rain drops here near Minthis golf, but a lovely smell in the warm air ....inviting me to lay in bed with the window wide open...

Good point on the 'Council tax' as well (sorry can't remember the Cypriot equivalent term). Why do you live there and not say Secret Valley/Kouklia if you want to be that side of Paphos?

Had a nice light shower and some wind here in Kamares/Kili. Very welcome in my parched garden!
