Memory Man

Thank you very much from one of the widow ladies nice to be thought of - beautiful dog too. Not completely missed out though as my domestic helper brought me a lovely box of chocolates. Nevertheless a very nice thought from you.

Best wishes

Brian (MM) Thankyou from me too. I intend sending you a giant heart for your lovely gesture. :-)

This year is obviously one the years that 'Him indoors' has decided I will get nada. . . . . . . .Niet. . . . . . . . Zilch . . . . . . And nowt !!

He had better step up to the mark in about 6 weeks time - as it will be our Ruby wedding anniversary. Anticipation is a worrying thing. :-)

A little story Maggie. Took some friends to Jersey on our 40th where we celebrated our honeymoon. Memory fails me now but I can't remember leaving the room or having a meal but am drifting off the topic. I promised to buy OH with a Ruby ring . Girls went into the town & me & my mate just wandered around the pubs until that fatefull call came. Found the ring I love. Back to the shop & a smart assed sales person showed me the ring she had chosen. First thing a guy ask's is "How Much". £5680 sir & such a beautifull ring. Dead silence from me & then some giggles in the background it's ok Norv this is other the ring I would like. It was a 5th of the price but still more than I had planned to pay but you ladies use psychology at times so that's my advice to you Maggie

Just another little gem. At a meeting this evening & one lady said her husband just said, I still love you without cards or flowers. Thats my man
