Had the pleasure to watch this last night, and it was fascinating TV, well done Michael Palin and everyone involved, cant wait to see the next episode.

I watched David Badiel on the Silk Road - why 2 series within months of each other? Absolutely no idea.

Just watching the second episode, and Michael Palin, has nailed it, just the right balance in his interviews, great insight into life in the North.
