Main dish: Salmon fried in a pan with a mix of Cypriot olive oil and German butter on very low temperature, ca 10 min., 55c (with my kitchen thermometer) Jacket potato tossed in garlic butter.

A nice, cold, 2017 Xynisteri white wine and salt flakes from Akamas... I did not need more...

I nearly forgot: all sunny at my place, even when I can hear thunder in the direction of Polemi, it is very pleasant and not too hot like last week.

Now, this is the most exiting moment: how is the fish cooked? Well, how I like it, translucent, and the single fillets falling apart.... YES! Now a bit more sea salt flakes and I can enjoy....

I thought, there was something missing: Garlic (I love garlic) So in the end I sliced a whole garlic clove on top.... and the wine goes with it in no time..

The fish was ca 450 kcal, 50mg protein, and the potatoes 200 kcal, 6mg protein, not too bad altogether. ( OK, Avocado and the wine..


So in this case my dessert was only one nice ristretto italiano and no grappa...
