Water Safe Bag

Post by marcusandabi »

Morning

Has anyone seen waterproof safe bags for taking to the beach with you?

I'm worried about where to keep phone wallet and car key while I'm swimming....

Thanks

Dive shops should sell them. Don't know where you are located, so suggest you Google dive shops in Paphos to find your nearest one. I purchased from Abyss Dive Centre opposite Poppadums restaurant on the Coral Bay road. They had a good selection of different size bags.

What's to stop somebody just walking off with the whole bag?

I think he is looking for a bag that he can take in the water with him!

Ah ok, that makes a lot more sense.

A waterproof bag.

I would look in Sports Direct too.

Let me know what you find, as I want one that can take a camera.

I bought a great one from Amazon in May used it on boat trips and beach. I had camera phones and towels in it and its fully waterproof only paid 15 quid and they are all in bright colours so you can keep hour eye on it while having a dip think mine was a 10litre one. Just type in on Amazon waterproof beach bag.

Seen a decent looking one in Jumbo this pm. I think it said 1 litre and it is made from thick blue material. They also have one more geared towards documents as well.

I assume you want to take photos under water, unfortunately this is not an ideal solution! You will be trying to take a photo through a lens, through air, through a plastic film & through water ……………… not a recipe for a good photo! Best to go for a dedicated under water housing if you want to practice this form of photography!

I don't want to take photos under water. I have an underwater camera for underwater photography. However, some places I want to photograph I can only get to by swimming.
