IOW, a fraction of the population MAY be lucky to get it at home within 10 years. Now, that's what I call service!Internet Home will range up to 160Mbps: the service is expected to expand over the next ten years to 200,000 homes.

Flossie, these were inter-office and within office fibre. Completely different to fibre to the office or home, with associated increases in bandwidth to the internet. It’s not the technology of the connection that has held this up, but costs and the fatter pipes needed from your exchange to even fatter pipes to the world.
