I believe most of the "designated dog beaches" are in a similar vein! Inaccessible and inhospitable for animal and human. Whoever came up with these, just to show they were obeying the EU directives, do not appear to like dogs very much. There is not a thought for how the owners are supposed to negate these places while being in control of their dogs! What owner would want to take their pets there? Most use ordinary beaches.
