Italy stops migrant rescue boat from docking

The new Italian Government have told a ship that has "rescued" people fleeing from Libya that it cannot dock. They have told Malta to accept the boat as Italy won't. A new trend or a one off I wonder? Also, I wonder how the rest of the EU will react?

It will be interesting to see how this one goes, especially as it's in the Med.
