It's a Sony Bridge Camera DSC HX400, max 100x digital zoom. 21.3 MegaPixel (I am still learning to get the maximum out of it, this time it was the "Sports" setting...)
The downside of my new camera is, that there are so many functions now that you need a long time to learn to use them. The Sony "help guide," consisting of 175 pages, and if you believe or not if one uses the camera not all the time you forget some of the settings... and then what....!El tel wrote: ↑Wed May 02, 2018 2:12 pm I used to lug around a Canon SLR with three lenses and because of its bulk invariably did not have it with me when needed , switched to a Nikon bridge fours years ago and it's much more portable with numerous shooting modes. At the time it was state of the art but now has a modest 42x zoom and 16.1 megapixels , antiquated by the spec on your camera.
