What type Yucca

Can anyone tell me what type of Yucca this and how should I prune the flower heads (there are four heads like the one in the picture) when it's dying off.

Chop them back as far as you want either to the trunk or your desired length along the branch. They will sprout a new growth from that point.
Sorry no idea which variety it is.
If you just want to remove the dying out flower heads simply cut them right back into the point they sprout from. The old petals are scruffy buggers.
