It's not a programme we've ever watched but a couple of months ago I was contacted by the production company of the TV series to ask if they could use one of my photos in their show.
After a few emails back and forth for me to understand the gist of it and what they wanted, how they found my photo etc, I agreed to it being used. They then informed me they would pay me the princely sum of £150 as long as the photo didn't end up on the cutting room floor
Anyway, I got the email late last week to tell me the photo had actually been used in the recording of the show and sure enough, the dosh went into my account today.
So, if you watch it - please keep an eye open for my photo in the episode which features the following people: Joe Lycett / Ricky Wilson / Zoe Lyons (I only know who Ricky Wilson is).... it's possibly the 4th episode (first Friday in February) but I've been informed they may sometimes switch the schedules around.
It's a photo that I took back in 2012 when we did our last Nile cruise with friends....
