Whatever your political persuasion, defend your corner here. All we ask is that you voice YOUR opinion, rather than just post a link to a half-hour youtube video. Politics can get a bit lively, and if you prefer a less combative debate, please post in the Politics for Moderates section instead.

I have merged the Politics and the Politics for Moderates sections. No threads have been deleted, the fora have just been combined.

This does not mean that it is political free-for-all. Please respect other posters and win debates on the quality of your argument. Leave personal attacks on other posters behind. This applies to everybody; left, right and middle-of-the-road.
