Earlier this week the oldest man in Polemi passed away just 2 months short of his 100 birthday, the village were going to have a celebration two years ago for his 100 but then discovered he was only 98, up until a few months ago he used to walk practically the length of the village twice aday to one of the coffee shops but lately his son used to drive him, still had his marbles just the rest of him that broke down.

Awwww. Shame he didn't make 100. Still he had a good innings.
