That may be because below Mag 3 there are so many of them and they are of little consequence.Austin7 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2017 11:30 amThat one only shows Mag 3 and above.cyprusmax47 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2017 10:50 am http://www.emsc-csem.org/#2

Re: Earth Tremor today
When the mall was first opened we were told that it is due to the construction of thebuilding which allows it to flex. Maybe this may also be attributed to a lot of movement from vehicles in the parking decks below the shpping area. I wouldn't worry.

Yes, I know about aircraft wings being designed to flex, Lloyd. My airline pilot husband told me that if they didn't they could be overstressed, damaged and might fall off...
I bow to,your superior knowledge about the upper floor of the Mall.

The floor at Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex, on the upper level, used to 'bounce' in exactly the same way as you can occasionally feel at Paphos. Nothing to worry about. In a vaguely similar vein, same logic as many tall building move in highs winds, the NatWest tower in the City of London is designed to move about 20cm, when I worked for the banks property department we used to get the occasional call from staff panicking that they thought it was about to fall over!
