It is quite quiet. Well sort of. Lots of people are viewing but not many people are posting. Do I need to start another game of I Spy?

Alfie hello. Actually, we have never been without IPTV, as far as I know it was only ONE provider's service, thankfully.

All forums get downtimes it is par for course.

Morning all!

Well you ask...

One of my same supplier for one of my systems has still not come back online, Brian at SOS used the same supplier but a different seller, hope this is making sense, it has still not come back online, it is looking like it is not going to happen. I will keep a check on it.

Had to change - the Simon one was promised to me this week - message always says a few days - he told someone else 2 weeks.... no faith in it now... He obviously doesn't know much more than us!

SOS reset a box and with different suppler. I also have a box in the UK on test with a supplier - more channels, catchup and loads of films and tv shows.... very cheap.... only £6 a month... so far so good...

Friends are using a cable to connect their computer to the television and using one of the free websites as they had recently paid €250 to Simon and are hanging in there, hoping his system will return with a new server. My systems are all up and running and not heard of any other suppliers being closed down. Topic not being discussed much in public forums - a wise move.

My Minix box is still working fine, thanks Brian x Long may it continue.

So many of us would happily pay a fee - UK licence or otherwise- to access UK tv legally. Just saying.

According to posts I have read on other forums Simon is back in Cyprus. Maybe everything will be sorted during the next few days.

I never lost my IPTV. My system, touch wood, wasn’t affected. Long may it be so!

I agree with Smudger it would be much easier if there was a sensible subscription sysem which would enable expats to watch UK channels.
