We need several sets of comfortable seats, matching if possible, for the Archangel Michael Hospice.
The ones we currently have outside the rooms need replacing before the spring.
Anybody any ideas as to the cheapest or best value place to start looking ?
Regards
Geoff

Re: Outside furniture needed
Usually this isn’t the best time of year as most shops are in winter mode. They get their new stock of patio furniture in spring and early summer. If you can wait till then there should be a better selection.

Are you looking to replace existing with something similar, Geoff? If so, a photo would be handy, please. Foldable with loose cushions? Rigid stackable with loose cushions? Rigid with built-in cushions? Give us an idea, please.
Also, can you narrow down "several sets" into an actual unit quantity of seats required, please? I'm sure that given the bulk purchase involved, not to mention the worthy charity the items are destined for, a Cypriot importer or manufacturer can be found that will give you a bargain basement deal, including delivery...
I'm more than glad to help with the searches for this, as well as contributing towards the cost.
Kind Regards- AL

Hi Geoff
To get the ball rolling for this worthy cause, put me down for a €50 donation.
(you know I'm good for it)

Re: Outside furniture needed
I asked Paphos Homemarket as I need a set and they said stock should be in mid to end of February so hopefully not too long.

Re: Outside furniture needed
Thanks everyone for your useful replies and generous offers, very kind of you.
As you may be aware we are in the process of completing the Garden of Memories at the Hospice which we are hoping will be by mid March and at the moment we are waiting for an 11 metre steel wheelchair ramp to be constructed and sited, then we can press on.
I will then be looking to replace the seating round the balcony outside each room.
It needs to be comfy all weather type stuff that will last for a few years but those that the cushions can be stored during wet periods.
I know George who runs Home Market. He has been very helpful with items we have purchased from him for the garden, giving very generous discounts, so it would seem the best bet to start with him.
When I know what is available I will look at our funds and if people wish to donate then I will post on here the best way to do it.
Bit long winded but I hope it is clearer now.
Best wishes
Geoff.
