I use the pink stuff called Magic Oven Cleaner by Bien, available in Papantoniou's supermarket if nowhere else. Comes in a handy spray bottle and is also good for removing body or sun lotion stains from sheets and towels before laundering (makes the stain bright yellow which then washes out on a 60C wash). Just keep it off your skin - I nearly lost my fingerprints on one occasion.
