So, it never rains..... but corruption and an inherent inability to tender for work and be able to finance it, seems outwith the capabilities of too many.
I hope the new Paphos mayor realises that this project could really enhance Paphos in the future and pushes for a successful outcome. It's dragged on for son long and to be honest, an international consortium managed by someone with experience and using local firms, would have been the best outcome.
