Unfortunately the Dutch Zwan smoked sausages are no longer available in Cyprus. Is there maybe an English version?

Re: Smoked sausages
Not that I know of, Louise. Such varieties of smoked pork sausage rings on our UK supermarket deli counters are invariably from the Continent.
I'm sure that Germany produces a product something similar, of equal if not better quality (in terms of % Pork content). So maybe a delve around Lidls for Fleischwurst, Bierwurst, Jagdwurst, Bierschinken, Paprikawurst, and Zigeunerwurst (literally, “gypsy sausage”)?

Re: Smoked sausages
I planned to email you this week. Absolutely very nice Lloyd. We even put two of them in the freezer for another time. Lovely taste!

Re: Smoked sausages
They look rather yummy, Lloyd! I can imagine them in a traditional Hungarian dish known as Lecso (pronounced Letcho). Sausage sliced and fried with (also sliced) onions, red and green peppers, plus tomatoes (and as much finely sliced hot chillies as you can handle). Typical recipe:

Serve with fresh village bread and butter, to mop up the the delicious juices! Scrumptious, and only takes 15 minutes to make! A glass of wine accompanies it quite nicely...
