I'm not a wine buff by any means and make no pretence of the fact I choose my wine because:
a) I like the label on the bottle
b) I like the shape of the bottle
c) I like the price
d) Any one of the above will do
Hence a couple of my purchases this year:
But, I was under the impression that although red wine can be kept for a long time I didn't think the same applied to white wine.... so how does one know which will keep and which won't?
