Seeds from grasses seem to make a bee-line for our pool in the autumn.

What amazing detail you have captured with these shots. The second one of the Bird of Paradise in particular shows off the plant beautifully. And you ask me to post pics from my camera phone :lol: :lol:

The Solanum/Chilean potato vine is also looking lovely.

What a beautiful garden you have, Max! Not to mention all your resident wildlife, and your glorious views. BBC and David Attenborough could do this setting proud for a one hour documentary, methinks...

I reckon your Ted will be bigger than mine Max. Mine is the size of the palm of my hand, and I have very small hands..... Maybe he is a she, and actually called Tabitha. Either way, if I see it again, i will attempt to persuade it to smile for the camera.

How big is that top flower? Hard to tell in photo.
