Why Do I Need To Keep Logging In ?
Re: Why Do I Need To Keep Logging In ?
Fingers crossed, it should be ok now. If it is, thank Steve. If it isn't, blame Steve.

Hi Jackie,
You will have to log in first and then when you come back it should be set ok -
unless that's what you did and I was wrong... which is a distinct possibility
Cheers

I have the same problem and I use windows 10 it always comes up to log in each time but instead of logging in I click top left on the words Paphos life with the symbol and it takes me straight in each time .

Re: Why Do I Need To Keep Logging In ?
I have the link to the New Posts view set up in my Favourites.
When I go to the forum through my saved Favourite, I don't need to log in.... I haven't tried to log in any other way.
I'm on Windows 10 using Windows Edge browser.
However, I also have the same link set up in Google Chrome for when I'm posting images. Again, I use the same saved Favourite link to New Posts and I've just tested it now.... It's asked me to log in if I go via Chrome :-/
No real hardship though because my username and password is automatically saved for me every time I use Chrome browser.
Curiouser and curiouser..... works for some and not for others.

Not sure but if you try it again it may not ask you now - the last time would take the new
cookie info that Dom sorted earlier and the next time it will check the new cookie -
so *should* be ok.
Tried with Chrome here and all good - but that's the fun of computers

Nope - been away from that browser and gone back to Chrome, it still asked for the login :-/

Ah well in that case you might have to take the technical approach - give it a jolly good kick
Not sure then - the changes seem to have solved the issue for some but this one may remain
a computer mystery unless the kick works

Sorted!
I left it overnight and today, changed it in my Favourites. Now it appears to be behaving in Chrome browser too
