There is a message that says ...

This app is no longer in use. Use Catchup instead.

Did you try to use the Catchup up?

Clearstream Catchup is good, as long as you remember you only have a fortnight to watch programmes. I miss the iplayer lite feature as it gave a longer catchup period and often sourced the progamme from another provider.

You can always get series that you may have missed on Covenant, Exodus etc

I know, but sometimes the programme we want to watch is not on Exodus or Covenant. We used to watch Escape to the Country on iplayer lite. Beauty of it was it gave the series number and episode number, so we could pick only current episodes. Last time I looked it was not on Exodus or Covenant, and on catchup it does not give the episode number, so you end up having to watch the beginning and decide if you have seen that particular programme.

If we miss the fortnight time frame on clearstream catchup, we do watch series on Exodus.
