Yes, I did it on Sunday. 200 yards on the road in Rhos on Sea still. It was very windy so I walked that bit. Then cycle path all the way to Prestatyn, to the end of the prom there. There is a new bridge over the river at Rhyl, so no need to go on the road there, and no need to cross on the blue bridge.
At the last car park at Prestatyn, by the sailing club, you come off the prom and exit the car park. Then carry straight ahead, passed another car park and Pontins, keeping to the left side and following the cycle track signs. At the end of this you turn left, along a residential road and then across the golf links. After the golf links you go through Presthaven Sands Caravan site and then on a tarmac path over sand dunes to Talacre. You can cycle around the old Point of Ayr Colliery and then cycle off road to the main road at Ffynnongroyw.
I have now walked the Wales Coast Path from Chester to Menai Bridge and then on to Beaumaris on Anglesey. Plus I have cycled from Abergwyngregyn to Ffynnongroyw and hope to extend this to Chester and eventually Holyhead. I've kept a record through photos and powerpoint of my walks and bike rides.

We have a section on the forum called "Beyond Paphos". If you want to, please feel free to share any of your photos of your Wales endeavors there. I would certainly like to see some, if it is ok with you. :)

Thanks Dominic. I will. When I came out of hospital in January I had no intention of cycling or walking the Wales Coast Path. However, it has been brilliant and I am really enjoying my new found fitness.
I will certainly put photos of my rides round Anarita and Mandria on the main site, and start to put photos of my Wales walks and rides on Beyond Cyprus.

I don't take any chances with not being seen on my bike, especially as we ride around some of the country lanes and yes, cyclists are difficult to spot when driving through the trees because of the light and dark effect.

I ride behind my husband so I have a jacket which is grey but highly reflective silver - and a pink helmet (a kids one as adult size hats are always too big for me).

Lovely bike Jules. I bought some fluorescent green tops from Lidl when we were over a couple of weeks ago. I have also noticed that my bike here has a fluorescent stripe on the tyre and I always, when on the road, cycle with lights on.
Lovely photo. Is it Morecambe Bay? Very similar to the scenery on the Dee estuary. On a clear day you can see the Pennines and the tv masts on Winter Hill from Prestatyn.
So, if anyone sees someone riding fairly slowly, with a flourescent green top and Lidl trainers, riding around Mandria, give me a wave

Correct, Trevor!
Taken by Cocker's Dyke (Preesall pumping station) about one mile along the coastal pathway from our house.
