Is anyone having trouble sending messages via Outlook Expess?
I cannot send any they just keep going into drafts.

Outlook Express, goodness me, that's a blast from the past
That was part of Windows XP IIRC!

Unless you are confused by Microsoft's bright idea of having ..
Outlook - a mail reader as part of MS Office
Outlook - another name for Hotmail

Anyway, who is your ISP?
Could the 'outgoing mail' settings have been corrupted somehow perhaps??

My emails are working this morning, so it seems as though it was a fault with Outlook and Hotmail.

Massive failure with Outlook yesterday apparently. I read an article online. Hopefully all resolved now.

So, you didn't mean Outlook Express or Outlook ... you meant Outlook .... how could you have been confused?
