It's Ruellia, not Morning Glory which is a climbing annual.
Ruellia is perennial, very good in shady places, but water hungry and very invasive unless it's watched.
There is a pale pink variety as well sold here in Cyprus.

Flossie. We had a Morning Glory rooted between a rear fence and stone wall. It tried to overtake our Hibiscus boundary hedge and was impossible to eradicate because the root was inaccessible. The runners take root and you are fighting a losing battle. I know you are going to hate me but I found a way to win the war.Has anyone else had this problem ?

When you say they flower at sunrise, then 'drop off at 4pm', mockaji, do you mean than the flowers simply drop off their stems and fall to the ground below?

Or do you mean that they fold themselves up until next sunrise, like the daisies and dandelions on my front lawn do?

Cheers- AL :?
