Please may I intervene at a scientific level? Ozone is a poisonous gas and can be dangerous. There is a rule of thumb, as a gas, if you can smell it, it is already at a very dangerous level for a prolonged exposure. The safety regulations are summarised in
http://www.delozone.com/files/4-0697_Rev_D.pdf - read sections II and VI in particular.
Ozone dissolved in water may also be very unsafe, depending on conditions. However, ozone coming in contact with organic contaminants will generally destroy living organisms, but the 'corpses' will remain; no amount of ozonation will remove them. Only a microfilter ( <0.1 µm) will do so after the tratment. The half-life of ozone in pure water at 20°C is approx 15 minutes, so it is recommended NEVER to drink freshly ozonated water, because it will attack the mouth, gullet and stomach tissues. Always wait, say, 45 minutes after ozonation before drinking freshly treated cold water. You can use it immediately if heated (tea, coffee etc) because ozone is insoluble in hot water. Ozone will not remove water 'hardness'.
Provided that the incoming water is considered as 'safe' drinking water, ozonation is a waste of time and money and will offer no health benefits in the ordinary household. It will offer no improvement. See

Note that the above statement applies to ordinary household drinking water. Ozonation of swimming pools as a substitute for chlorine is a totally different story.
