Strange that the couple were not yet ready to buy or commit to relocating to Cyprus . Just wasting every bodies time or just a freebie holiday. The bloke was entertaining.

We mainly watch the European property buying programmes for the scenery and to have a nosy inside other peoples' homes ;-)

Once our back garden is completed in a couple of months time, the next project will be a kitchen rejig. We get some great insight as to what will work and what won't by watching these programmes and also on Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It property programme: http://www.radiotimes.com/tv-programme/ ... r-list-it/

Whether the subjects of this property programme actually buy anything which they have viewed probably doesn't matter. Think of how many people will have viewed such programmes! If interested no doubt they can find out details about the properties seen and arrange to view them themselves. In effect these TV properties programmes are brilliant for advertising a property which is for sale!
