How to contact Avast

I have tried all ways to find an email address for Avast, the only one I thought might work says that I am already registered with them, but I don't know my password, and there is no 'forgot password' option. Please does anyone know if there is an email address for them, or a telephone number/

Thanks for the replies Guys. I paid for Avast, but the subscription is on going, and I wish to cancel it, but could not because I couldn't remember my password. When I first paid for Avast, the instructions and small print were too complex for me, so I do not want an automatic renewal which I will have to pay for. I now have AVG.

I have used the link that MM posted, and am now waiting for instructions from Avast.

Any more thoughts ?

Is AVG so bad ? You know I'm pretty dumb when it comes to computer language.

No I will look again for that box, but sadly any emails I have were deleted in error a while ago.

Re AVG, I wondered whether to uninstall it and try pcprotect free anti virus, any thoughts please ?

I have just tried the link again, when I submit my email address, it says it's invalid, when I enter the last four digits of my credit card, and email address it says, invalid, I'm totally at a loss as to how to contact them, they just refuse to accept my details, but they will be quick enough to debit my bank account no doubt, it stinks.

I took Avast off 5 computers 12 months ago.
Installed Panda free version and the difference is superb. Get 1 unobtrusive pop up monthly and no computer lag that I had when using Avast.
Panda has worked for me and quarantined 2 potential viruses.

Thanks for your replies, and yes I will contact my bank although I don't hold out much hope. Avast didn't even give me the option of an automatic renewal, they said just uncheck the box if you don't want it, but there was no box that I could find.

Why 'not much hope'?

Isn't it part of the DD guarantee that you can stop the payments when you wish.

Recently I have stopped several DD's using my Nat West on-line account
