Pool electrician required

Post by hodisy »

Help required
I have just been told that my pool pump is not working as it requires a new switch and it will be at least a week before an electrician from a well known pool supplies company can attend.
At this time I have no options as I am in the UK and the pool is in Mandria.
Can anyone recommend an electrician who would be willing to assist?
Any help would be appreciated.

I know that Martyn the Electrician, who is on Facebook, is very well thought of and seems extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Now, I don't know if he does pools, but he knows his electrics and he would probably advise you if nothing else. If you don't have FB, his number is (00 357 as you are in the UK) 96 558321.

Yes Martyn is a well known guy concerning all kind of electric problems and he has also an emergency service on weekends. As he lives at Episkopi it is not soo far to get to Mandria for him...

Yeah, Bograt, just back from a nice meal, and the wind came right from the sea with a nice cool breeze full of oxygen and iodine. Beside having a delicious meal ( Salad, Tahini, Olives, Sorgos, Barbounia, Chips, ) I enjoyed to stretch my legs under the table and was falling half asleep until they came with coffee and dessert. I was out from 8 am until midday cutting fossils out of large rocks with hammer and chisel to get some more pieces for my collection. (Don't worry, not doing another Blog :D)

What utter bliss. I do love an after lunch doze, particularly when a tad of couzo has been involved. Just so relaxing, and with that breeze - so lovely. Pictures of the fossils that you gathered, if it is not too much trouble, would be very nice to see. I am sure there are others on here who look forward to hearing what you have been up to.

Sorry, a terrible hijack of somebody else's post.

Hi Guys
Just a quick update.
I called Martin and he is coming out tomorrow, Sunday. I could not have asked for a better response from both of you and greatly appreciate Martin's understanding and quick action?
Many thanks Hugh

He also is welcome! He runs an excellent site on Facebook called Ask Anything Paphos, which is what really drew him to my attention.
