Lidl Garden vac bags

Post by Jimgym »

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement bags? ( FLB 2500 A2 model) I've checked Lidl site and Ebay, Amazon but no joy so far. Machine works fine so don't really want to replace it just because of no bag!. Thanks for any help!!

Not sure Andrew but thank you. I did email them earlier asking if that bag would fit my particular model as its a slightly different model number. Hopefully it does! Appreciate your help.

To me, the Lidl FLB 2500 leaf blower / vacs appear identical in spec, so would use the same 50l bag. Did the mice eat your bag too, Jim?

The slight variation in the A1 and A2 model suffixes is most likely down to a really simple difference: one has a UK 3 pin plug, the other has a 2 pin continental plug (either of which MUST be fitted when sold new, under EU Law)??

Lidl being a German company (and there being plenty of leaves [and mice] in Germany), it might be well worth your while exploring the ELS 2801 E part number on the German eBay and Amazon sites! Wish you luck with grabbing a new bag. And for whatever reason the original one failed, you'll have now learnt the lesson!

The School of Experience is an expensive one...

Cheers- AL ;)

Our garden vac bag failed because we stored it in our outside plastic cupboard and the heat got to it and it disintegrated. Ours was one from Home Centre and the newer models had a completely different connector. We now keep our bag indoors.

My Powerplus vac/blower was from Home Centre, and my bag disintegrated.

I contacted Sponias in Nicosia http://www.spanias.com/en/ and they sent a new bag
and connector to me. Cost was approx. eu22.

I had a similar problem last year with a vac purchased from Lidl. Go into Lidl and they will give you the agents name in Paphos. They, the agent, used to have an agricultural shop on the Polis road, just after the Papantoniou traffic lights on the left hand side going into town, immediately before a petrol station. A tyre sales shop is/was next door. Sorry I can't remember the name something like "****ambro" sold gardening gear and chemicals.

Took a long time.

Agreed about blowing the leaves, not sure about the picking up bit.

Between me and the M1 is a back to back estate of what was originally Aldwyck half rent / half buy houses that you couldn't throw a cat around in. Every few few weeks, they send the communal gardeners around, lawns, hedges, trees...

I observe from my office window, taking particular notice of the 'Professionals' clean-up afterwards. Yes, they remove all the big stuff into the back of their wagon. But their final tidy up is to go around with a very noisy BLOWER machine (not a vac) and simply direct the residue back under the hedges.

That's fine, until the next windy day, when it all comes out again!

Cheers- AL :)

Lambrouagro? If so, http://www.lambrouagro.com.cy/lambrou/p ... 9&langID=0
Yes, that's it. Just a thought that, due to the works in the old town area, they might have relocated further up the Polis road, beyond the Lidl traffic lights. Not a 100% sure though.
Take the old bag and plastic connector to make sure you get the correct size as I think there are two differing sizes of the connector.
