Tell that to the porridge oats.

Also, a lot of white supremacists claim to be on God's side. The KKK springs to mind, though they aren't exactly fond of Catholics.

I agree!Jimgward wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 12:52 am So, will some Tory voters finally concede that Saudi Arabia are indeed the problem and that May, Johnston and others doing all they can to appease them for the mighty dollar, is a huge, huge part of the overall problem, never mind the US.
It's time we treated the Saudis as they deserve. We call Iran a despotic regime, lie we did Iraq and Libya, whereas Saudi has been the problem all along. Yes, some other had despot leaders, but they bloody well controlled things.... and we put them there in the first place....
Ah, now that is a different thing altogether. A minute's silence when people from your own country have died is completely understandable. In that case, the Saudi team were completely out of order.Cogs123 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 12:29 am As the visiting team, I thought it was outrageous that they refused to honor the 2 Australian women that died in the attack in London,, surely they must have understood that it would cause offense to their hosts.
I'm puzzled that it was reported most of the team that play for the National side, held a minutes silence before another match in honor of the football team that died in a plane crashso how can they say it is not part of their beliefs.
Well yes actually there are plenty of examples of Christians killing innocent people well within the last 100 years without having to go back 600.
As I've already said, but will repeat, there are evil people all over the world of all religions and of no religion. Evil is evil. There are clearly people who may call themselves Christian but their actions are not in keeping with the Christian faith which teaches just two things - love of God and love of your neighbour as yourself. Such people are therefore taking the Lords' name in vain.Steve - SJD wrote: ↑Sat Jun 10, 2017 7:36 am ...actually there are plenty of examples of Christians killing innocent people well within the last 100 years without having to go back 600.
The date doesn't really matter though does it - certainly no difference to the victims.
What am I not getting? I have already said exactly the same thing in different words.
You are seriously asking a question like that?
The Christian Bible itself is made up of more that just the New Testament.
