British tourist severely injured in parasailing accident - Paphos

A 35-year-old British tourist was seriously injured in a parasailing accident in Paphos.

He was taken to Nicosia General Hospital due to the severity of his condition.

According to the police, the 35-year-old man was originally taken to the Emergency Room at the Paphos General Hospital, where he was found to have trauma in the head and neck.

The accident occurred around 1pm in the waters of Kato Paphos. Under unknown circumstances, the parachute fell to the water, dropping the 35-year-old and his 25-year-old partner along with it.
