I suppose if your a citizen you have every right to form a political party, I wonder if some have thought it through thou, with Citizenship comes Cypriot responsibilities, one off the top of my head is National service, which is compulsory for men , and I believe there is some sort of civil defense for the ladies.

I suspect just about none at all. Many Russians have taken Cypriot citizenship and have committed themselves financially to the island. They are often assimilated into Cypriot life and there are many marriages between Cypriots and Russians.
Brits, on the other hand, keep themselves comparatively separate, rarely marry Cypriots, and often retain a commitment to the UK. Obviously the age difference is significant in all this as Russians are generally younger.
