You are welcome. The new one took a bit of configuring but I got there in the end.

The 'lower' part of the picture is somewhat blurry - is this deliberate for 'privacy' reasons?

Yes, it was the same on the previous camera, but is more noticable on this camera because the overall picture quality is higher. I had to do that because there were threats made about privacy etc. EU law doesn't allow such things.

There is still an issue with refreshing the image. It seems to take about 4-5 minutes for a new picture to appear. This isn't the fault of the webcam though. For some reason the scheduled task on the server isn't running every minute. I have raised a ticket about this.
