Online Bank Account won't 'remember me'.

Trying to figure out how to fix this. Since I used CCleaner, as usual, all my usernames and passwords were wiped. Okay, I'm used to that. Logged on to my online bank account, re-entered all the usual, ticked the remember me, box and off we go, all okay.

Next time I want to logon, the username and numbers have to be re-entered again, and so it has been every time since.

I have entered all the correct info, and ticked the box each time, but no.

Please can anyone advise me?

Maybe try not using CCleaner for a while
Windows 10/11 does what you need without it

Have you tried 'clearing cache'?

How do I clear cache please?

Computers to me, are a bit like driving a car, I don't have to be a mechanic to use it.

Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data this will clear cache. Make sure you have cookies enabled as if not the site will not remember you to ensure cookies are on depending on the browser click on the 3 dots at the top right and follow the menu HTH
