Outdoor tile cleaner

Can anyone recommend a very strong outdoor tile cleaner that would really lift and break up the dirt that adheres to porcelain and ceramic tiles? Even after scrubbing and sluicing, we find that the tiles are still coated in dirt when they dry. Need something powerful. Can ask at shop of course, but wondering if anyone has found a good product.

It would also be useful to find a product that creates a sheen too - non slip. There's a patio in Moutallos that has a constant sheen to it and it looks lovely, but we've never seen anyone to ask when we've passed.

Dura Stik do a tile cleaning product, acid based l think...
Have used it to great effect.. available in the DIY shops in 4 ltr kegs ...
