POP UP when I logged in
Just going to have a look at the Paphos Life forum. However, needed to log in. Logged in, password saved by google and a pop up appeared from Microsoft wanting to verify it was me, and wanting to know my Microsoft PIN. Crossed the pop up twice, without putting my pin in, and then the pop up did not reappear. Just realised it probably isn't a scam as the same popup appeared when I logged into my microsoft email, but I managed to access it without putting in my pin.

That's your computer doing that. Nothing to do with the website.

I realised that Dominic. Tried to delete the post but failed so edited instead. Getting a bit paranoid about scams since our AMEX card was used for transactions we didn't authorise. However, AMEX were on the ball and stopped money being taken from our account.

Never hurts to be cautious. What you need to be careful of is a website producing a popup that looks like the Microsoft security popup.
One thing I have never understood though, is why they deemed a 4 digit number to be more secure than a password.
