OK Here is a little bit more info for you all.
My farther was a member of the South Durham and Teeside bondmini car club.
He served as chairman for the club as well.

Bond Minicar Mark C, manufactured or offered in the years 1952-1956 with open-top three-wheeler open tourer body type, equipped with engines of 197 cc displacement, delivering 6 - 6.7 kW (8.2 - 9.1 PS, 8 - 9 hp) of horsepower:
