We are looking for an odd job / handyman.
We are in the area between the Tombs of the Kings Road and the old town, not far from the old Orphanides Supermarket.
The initial problem is we are unable to get over until after the summer. I was seriously ill, having been very lucky to have survived intact, that and a death in the family have kept us away from Cyprus for a few years.
What we are looking for in the first instance is someone to tidy up the garden, not landscape it or anything. Our neighbour has complained about weeds etc as it has got out of control. Initially just a cut back and takeaway to keep them happy. Then going forward, we will be looking for someone to do some of the odd jobs and give me a hand when we are over etc.
Anyone got some recommendations? We are not really looking for a property maintenance company as such, more a single trader we can call on for bits and pieces on a more ad hoc basis by mutual arrangement. I have had a few horrors in the past, so I am a bit wary, we would like someone people recommend. I looked in the directory , but I don't know who would be best/ suitable.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
