Cyta - unpaid bill email

Has anyone else received an email from Cyta stating that there's a outstanding service charge unpaid, and if we fail to pay our service will be suspended.

We pay our bill by direct debit, so assume this is a scam?

Our bank has been a bit slow at paying our cyta and electric direct debits for a few months . Maybe it is that .

Think this must be a scam as I received the same email, and I don’t use cyta!

We actually had a letter to say we had an outstanding amount to pay.
We went to Cyta office in the new mall and they couldn’t find anything outstanding in our account.
We pointed out it would have been their fault if it was outstanding as we pay direct debit.
We were told to ignore it but we made the sign the letter and that they had told us to ignore it.
We were not happy as we pay everything straight away.
