I have seen a stand in Philippos amidst the sunhats, hair accessories so some other supermarkets may have them.

I think it will be the one near the Kings Mall, I use the one near the motorway and I don't recall seeing glasses near the magazines

The pharmacist I use has a stand with reading glasses, so maybe other pharmacies have similar.
